About Mr. Siddel
Keith Siddel is a nationally prominent healthcare finance expert who has provided advice on Regulatory Compliance and the Revenue Cycle issues for numerous multi-billion dollar integrated healthcare systems. Mr. Siddel has over 30 years of experience in healthcare finance, information systems, operational and compliance expertise in a wide variety of healthcare settings. He has worked with hospitals, physician practices, hospital based and free standing day surgery centers, clinics, ancillary diagnostic centers and fully integrated healthcare providers. Mr. Siddel worked as a trauma nurse and EMT early in his career and he has drawn upon this experience to create a unique perspective of healthcare by blending the clinical and financial objectives. It is this same integrated healthcare business experience that he now brings to his legal clients.

Education
Mr. Siddel holds a B.S. degree in Business as well as Master of Business Administration with a focus in healthcare finance. He completed the advanced course work for a Doctorate of Philosophy with a specialization in Healthcare Finance at Virginia Commonwealth University. He was awarded a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Hofstra University—Maurice A. Deane School of Law and a Juris Doctorate from Concord School of Law at Purdue University.

Specialization
As an Entrepreneur, Mr Siddel founded his first company in 1991 and since that time he has founded or co-founded nine companies, primarily in healthcare and hospitality. As an experienced business leader, he worked with the Colorado Small Business Development Centers to provide business and financial advice to a wide variety of start-up companies in a wide range of fields including telecom, tech, retail, nursing, ranching, and hospitality. He has taken companies public and worked with PE firms to invest in and consolidate organizations.
